Modela Consulting ("Modela," "we," "us," or "our") operates modelaconsulting.com (the "Site" or "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

• Photos you capture or upload. When you use our visual preview feature, you provide a photo of your face. The facial measurements used to generate the simulation are calculated on your device and never leave it. The photograph itself is uploaded to our servers and held in encrypted storage (AWS S3, server-side encrypted with KMS) for up to 30 days, after which it is deleted automatically. You can delete it sooner at any time — see Your stored photos.
• Shared previews. If you choose to share a before/after preview, the two preview images are uploaded and published at an unguessable link that expires after 48 hours. If you are signed in when you share, the preview is linked to your account and you can delete it at any time from Your stored photos. If you share without signing in, the preview is not linked to any account — we have no way to tell whose it is, so it cannot be deleted on request and signing in later does not claim it. It is removed automatically when it expires after 48 hours.
• Contact information. Email address and ZIP code / location, collected when you submit a preview, join our waitlist, or contact a provider.
• Usage data. Standard analytics such as pages visited, device type, and general location (derived from IP or ZIP code), used to improve the Service.
• Provider claim information. If you represent a medical aesthetics provider and submit a claim request, we collect your name, business information, and contact details.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate your visual preview and show you nearby providers
• To send you the preview results, waitlist confirmations, and (if you opt in) updates and offers
• To respond to provider claim requests
• To improve and maintain the Service, and to detect and prevent abuse

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site (e.g., email delivery, hosting, analytics), under confidentiality obligations
• Aesthetic providers, only if you take an action that requests contact (e.g., submitting an inquiry to a specific provider)
• Authorities, if required by law

Your Choices

• You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email
• You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@modelaconsulting.com
• You can delete every photo and every account-linked shared preview you have stored with us, at any time, from Your stored photos. Deleting removes them from your account straight away: they stop being viewable through Modela and any clinic link is revoked. The stored files are erased within 30 days at the latest.
• Deleting cannot recall copies that a clinic or another recipient has already downloaded, and a clinic link that was already opened may keep working until it expires.

Data Retention

We retain contact and lead information for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law, unless you request earlier deletion. Stored photographs are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted automatically; shared previews expire after 48 hours.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
