Modela Consulting ("Modela," "we," "us," or "our") operates modelaconsulting.com (the "Site" or "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

• Photos you upload. When you use our visual preview feature, you may upload a photo of your face. This photo is processed on your device to generate a visual simulation — it is not sent to or stored on our servers unless you explicitly choose to save or share your preview.
• Contact information. Email address and ZIP code / location, collected when you submit a preview, join our waitlist, or contact a provider.
• Usage data. Standard analytics such as pages visited, device type, and general location (derived from IP or ZIP code), used to improve the Service.
• Provider claim information. If you represent a medical aesthetics provider and submit a claim request, we collect your name, business information, and contact details.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate your visual preview and show you nearby providers
• To send you the preview results, waitlist confirmations, and (if you opt in) updates and offers
• To respond to provider claim requests
• To improve and maintain the Service, and to detect and prevent abuse

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site (e.g., email delivery, hosting, analytics), under confidentiality obligations
• Aesthetic providers, only if you take an action that requests contact (e.g., submitting an inquiry to a specific provider)
• Authorities, if required by law

Your Choices

• You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email
• You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@modelaconsulting.com
• Because facial photos are processed on-device and not stored by default, there is generally nothing to delete unless you explicitly saved or shared a preview

Data Retention

We retain contact and lead information for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law, unless you request earlier deletion.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
