Modela Consulting provides a visual aesthetic preview tool and a directory of aesthetic medicine providers. The Service is for informational purposes only and is not a medical service, medical advice, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed medical professional.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. User Content
By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to use that image and consent to its processing as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any photo you upload; we do not claim ownership over your images.
4. Visual Previews Are Simulations
Visual previews generated by the Service are approximations for illustrative purposes only. They are not medical predictions and do not guarantee any actual treatment outcome. See our AI/Simulation Disclaimer for details.
5. Provider Directory
Provider listings are informational. Modela Consulting does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the qualifications, licensing, or quality of care of any listed provider. You are responsible for verifying a provider's credentials before receiving any treatment.
6. Provider Claims
Providers may submit a request to claim or verify their listing. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or modify any claim at our discretion.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: upload images of anyone without their consent; misuse the Service to harass or harm others; attempt to access restricted areas (e.g., admin systems) without authorization; or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modela Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on provider listings or visual previews.
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
